UNDP is seeking to recruit a Bhutanese National as National Project Coordinator for the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime. Under the overall guidance of the UNODC Representative for South Asia and under the direct supervision of the Deputy Representative, the National Project Coordinator is responsible for the implementation of the project activities. The National Project Coordinator works in close collaboration with the operations team, programme staff in other UN Agencies, UNODC HQs staff and Government officials, technical advisors and multi-lateral and bi-lateral donors and civil society ensuring successful UNODC programme implementation. Position: Project Preparation and Programming Expert-National Consultant

Duration: 25 working days (Until 10th March 2017)

UNDP Bhutan invites proposals from local qualified and experienced consultants to undertake the following tasks:
1) Assessment of gaps and implementation constraints for GEF/LDCF project.
2) Design multi criteria/tool to review resource allocation.
3) Review and revise GEF Tracking Tools for project document.

The consultant will receive technical guidance and support from GNHC and UNDP CO.

UNDP Bhutan would like to announce a consultancy firm to develop GCF project proposal and technical feasibility study to enhance climate resilient agriculture and food security.

UNDP Bhutan would like to hire the services of a Consultancy firm to develop a GCF project proposal and technical feasibility study to enhance climate resilient agriculture and food security in Bhutan within 60 working days (25th April to 15th July, 2016).

The work and deliverable will entail formulation and production of:
1) The full proposal for the GCF funding for Bhutan;
2) Conduct technical feasibility and design of the three interrelated outputs, including technical design of the project infrastructures (irrigation, climate proofing of road infrastructures, market infrastructures, etc.). The consultancy firm will receive technical guidance and support from NDA, UNDP and the Regional Technical Advisor (RTA) from the UNDP Bangkok Regional Hub.
